Regular check-in time is 3 to 6 p.m.
If you anticipate arriving after 6 p.m., please notify us
of your estimated arrival time.
Checkout time
Please honor our 11 a.m. check-out time so we can prepare
the room for our next guests.
A fee of $10 per person will be assessed for late checkouts.
Children
We welcome children at our B&B, but insist on good parental
supervision so that other guests are not disturbed. Particular attention
must be paid to children in and around the swimming pool to ensure
their safety. All guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied
by an adult when using the pool or hot tub.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking
For the health and pleasure of all of our guests, the Mayor's House B&B is non-smoking in its entirety.
